Product Description

The Double Girder EOT Crane with Electric Hoist by HNC Industries Private Limited travels on fixed support and is widely used for industrial material handling in Raipur and across India.

The frame adopts a box-type welded structure and is used together with CD1/MD1 or HC/HM model electric hoists as a complete lifting system. It is a medium-duty class crane, with lifting capacity ranging from 3 tons to 32 tons. The span ranges from 10.5 m to 31.5 m, while the lifting height is 6 to 18 meters. The working grade is A3-A4, and the operating temperature range is -20 degree C to 40 degree C, making it suitable for various industrial environments.

The Double Girder Overhead Crane with Electric Hoist consists of a box-type bridge frame, lifting trolley, crane travelling mechanism, and electrical control system. It uses a fixed electric hoist mounted on the trolley frame as the main hoisting mechanism.

Mechanical Components

Double welding box girder, beam deflection designed according to DIN/FEM standards.

Steel Material: Indian equivalent standard structural steel similar to Q235B and Q345B, used for high-strength crane structures.

Trolley rail is made of high-strength hot-rolled flat steel (16 Mn).

Epoxy zinc-rich painting with one bottom coat and two side coats of 120μm thickness to achieve long service life, corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance and good luster.

The girder and end beam are connected together by high-strength bolts to ensure the structural strength and precision of the entire crane machine.

The end beams are equipped with flat wheels or double rim wheels, anti-friction bearings, buffer blocks and derailment-preventing end plates.

A maintenance walkway is located on one side of the main girder, consisting of flower-pattern plate and 1050 mm handrail for safe maintenance access.

  1. Both sides of all crane steel plates are pretreated through a pretreatment production line, including sand blasting, primer spray and primer drying. This eliminates internal stress of the steel plate and increases adhesive force of the steel structure, ensuring better appearance and corrosion resistance.
  2. Steel plate cutting adopts Messer CNC plasma cutting machines from Germany, providing very fast cutting speed, minimal deformation and high precision. Deviation can be controlled within 1 mm, ensuring raw materials meet high-quality industry standards.

  5. Welding of the end beam adopts double-gun gantry submerged arc welding, ensuring consistent and stable welding quality for crane performance.

From pre-bending with a 1250-ton press machine to edge rolling by three-roller plate roll, the longitudinal and circumferential joints of the drum are welded by an automatic welding center and processed by a heavy-duty CNC horizontal machine tool.
  7. The crane wheels and wheel axles are treated through high-efficiency quenching and tempering processes to eliminate internal stress and ensure machining precision.

The trolley frame, drum and bogie frame along with other large welding structures are treated through annealing in a natural gas annealing furnace to ensure machining accuracy after welding. HNC Industries Private Limited has a car-bottom natural gas annealing furnace with chamber size 10000 mm × 4000 mm × 4000 mm, capable of stress-relieving annealing treatment for trolley frames, drums, bogie frames, balance beams, spreaders and various crane welding structures.
